Note: The rental fee must be received to reserve the club house unless payment plans are made in advance between renter and Clubhouse Chairman. Total amount of rental fee will be forfeited if cancelled less than 2 months prior to event. If renter cancels prior to event all monies may be returned except a $100.00 non-refundable fee
which is included in rent total.

* All Daily Rentals include the option to set up & decorate AFTER 4 PM of
the day before your event. To set up & decorate earlier than 4 PM,
an optional Early Entry fee is required.
