For All Rentals:

  • $200.00 - Refundable deposit (refunded after the building is checked and approved)

Rental Fees (including tax):

  • $125.00 - Monday thru Thursday Only - Hourly Rate- Minimum 6 hours; you pay for any set up and clean up time)

  • $1,500.00 - Weekend/One Day, with two half day Rental (Includes the option of entering to decorate the day before the event and key return the day after the event.)

  • Furnishing Available for use for no extra charge: Chairs: 80 white, 120 white/green, Tables: Card Tables 14, Round 6ft Tables 16, Rectangular Tables 6ft 9 each and 8ft 12 each. Room Dimensions: 60’ x 39’, Ceiling: 11.9’, Capacity: 200 per Fire Marshall, Very nice Men’s and Ladies Restrooms, Full Kitchen, Large Beautiful Porch, plenty of parking on the Grounds with large oak trees decorated with plenty of moss, Lovely Fireplace, nice stage, Antebellum style building with large French doors, and our building has a beautiful neutral color scheme that will go with anything.

  • For an extra fee we have a separate “Little House/Girl Scout Hut” available to rent for a shower, rehearsal dinner, dressing, or staging building. The cost for the “Little House” is $60.00 per hour, minimum 4 hours, holds around 40 people.
